I recently had Gary install a new toilet and shower tapware for me. I have also had him plumb a new laundry area in for me previously. On both occasions I have found him very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and his workmanship has been great. He is reliable, explains any issues clearly and also takes the time to ensure the surrounding work area is left clean and tidy. I will look to use his services again in the future.
Gary has done all of the plumbing work on major renovations at our property over the last 10 years. It was often complicated work in parts of the building that were over 100 years old. Gary’s work included 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a laundry, gas hot water systems, gas stoves and extensive work and repairs on underground pipes. Over the 10 years that Gary worked on our property we found Gary to be a very experienced plumber with old school skills and a sound knowldge of his trade. He was thorough, reliable, always helpful, and the quailty of his work was excellent. Gary also charged very reasonable rates for his work. We have called on Gary many times over the past 8 years and have always been impressed by his service, punctuality and professionalism. His knowledge of both old and new plumbing techniques has helped us immensely as we have had work done on the 1950’s original pipes as well as the newly renovated “stuff ups” from our not so wonderful builder. We met Gary when we rung for quote for repair of hot water system. Gary pointed out system was very old and not worth fixing. His quote was the best, and he fit us in on short notice. I’ve always found Gary to be very generous with his time, particularly answering questions over the phone and via text and where there was no immediate prospect of work. Previously when he performed work he was professional and thorough and left me highly satisfied with the job. Now that I am interstate he never fails to take my calls. That speaks volumes.

Garry’s attention to detail and passion for his work was just so amazing to have as a part of our bathroom renovations. Even with his busy schedule he made himself available when we needed him. He gave such valuable advice when we found our renovations stalled as we were unsure how to move forward which was really great support that allowed us to complete parts of the project to keep costs down. Garry is a lovely guy who is just a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
